DO NOT RE-ENTER FINE, FEE OR TAX LINE ITEMS THAT WERE SUBMITTED WITH THE FAILED PAYMENT-JUST THE ORIGINAL SUBMISSION DATE AND THE AMOUNT.

- Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission - A new line has been added for the penalties assessed pursuant to the Marine Turtle Protection Act. The lines have been deleted for investigative costs recovered, restitution, trespassing fines (water), and non-criminal boating infractions, as these are reported in other places. A correction has been made on the 327.73(8) line to properly reflect "non-criminal boating infractions."
Clarification: The line for s. 372.711 has been removed. Endangered or threatened species fines should be remitted to the State on the 372.72 line. All other Ch. 372 fines, penalties and forfeitures should be deposited in the county's fine and forfeiture fund.
It appears that many counties were remitting monies to the state on the 372.711 line for resource violations that should have been deposited in the county fine and forfeiture fund. Please review your records to see if you remitted any wildlife violation fines on the 372.711 line. Once you have gathered documentation for the amount of monies erroneously remitted, please contact:
