Payment options

The Corporate Short Form Income Tax Online File & Pay system allows for payment using the following method:

ACH-Debit (or e-Check) - pay from your checking account. You may choose to use the bank account information on record (provided during enrollment) or enter different bank account information, including the 9-digit routing number.
