Website Redesign Coming in November
We're making it easier for you to do business with us by redesigning our website. Our new site will go live in early November. Old bookmarks will still work; however, we encourage you to update them.

Introduction

Welcome to the Gross Receipts Tax (GRT) filing system. This site enables registered and enrolled gross receipts tax filers to complete and file their return (Form DR-133) and submit their payment online.

“Registered and enrolled” refers to a taxpayer who has registered with the Department (received a certificate number) to collect/report tax, and has enrolled in the e-Services program (received a User ID and Password) to file/pay taxes electronically.

Gross receipts filers must enroll for e-Services before they can use this file-and-pay system. If you are already enrolled to pay tax electronically (via EFT), you will need to update your e-Services enrollment profile. Using your current EFT User ID and Passcode, you can change your filing/payment method to “Internet file and pay (ACH-Debit).”
