Web browser requirements - This application requires the use of a Microsoft Internet Explorer browser that utilizes 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. The application is fully compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 (Service Pack 2) or higher. Versions at or above 6.0 with 128-bit security are strongly recommended.
If you are using an older browser version that is not compatible, you can go to the Microsoft web sites and download a new version. We do not recommend that you download beta versions. Once you have completed the download and installation of the recommended browser, you can return to this site to sign in.
