Web browser requirements - This application requires the use of a Microsoft Internet Explorer browser that utilizes 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. The applications are fully compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 (Service Pack 2) or higher. Versions at or above 6.0 with 128-bit security are strongly recommended.
