Website Redesign Coming in November
We're making it easier for you to do business with us by redesigning our website. Our new site will go live in early November. Old bookmarks will still work; however, we encourage you to update them.
Introduction
Welcome to the Sales and Use Tax and/or Solid Waste and Surcharge online filing system. This site enables registered and enrolled Sales and Use Tax and/or Solid Waste and Surcharge tax filers to complete and file their returns (Form(s) DR-15, DR-15EZ, DR-15SW and DR-15CON) and submit their payments online.
"Registered and enrolled" refers to a taxpayer who has registered with the Department (received a certificate number) to collect/report tax, and has enrolled in the e-Services program (received a User ID and Password) to file/pay taxes electronically.
Sales and Use Tax and/or Solid Waste and Surcharge tax filers must enroll for e-Services before they can use this file-and-pay system. If already enrolled but only to pay tax electronically (via EFT), you will need to update your e-Services enrollment profile to include electronic filing. Using your current EFT User ID and Passcode, you should change your filing/payment method to "Internet file and pay (ACH-Debit)."
We will send "e-Reminders" to sales tax filers who are enrolled in e-Services from whom we expect to receive a return for a particular filing period. If you are an enrolled taxpayer and you are not receiving e-Reminders, it may be that we do not have a working email address on file for your business. To provide a working email address you will need to update your e-Services profile. If your email is correct with the Department and you are not receiving e-Reminders, contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance with possible spam filters and blocked emails. Taxpayers who do not wish to receive e-Reminders can "opt out" of this service.
Other options to file and/or pay are also available.
