Florida Clerk of Court and County Comptrollers collect millions of dollars on behalf of the State that must be distributed to various agencies. This online remittance system was developed in 2002 pursuant to legislation, which mandated that all funds be electronically remitted to the Department of Revenue for distribution to other state agencies.
Prior to 2002, each clerk or comptroller wrote a separate check to each state agency, several times each month. This system enables clerks and comptrollers to transfer funds for all state agencies in a single electronic transaction.
Through the use of this system, the clerk offices remit documentary stamp tax, Class C intangible tax, and over 148 different fines and fees to 52 trust funds managed by 19 state agencies.
Help is available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

To assist in preparing your remittance submission, you may wish to print blank copies of each agency page to use as a worksheet. To do so, go to each agency page and click the "Print this page" link at the top of the page. You'll then have an original set of worksheets that can be photocopied for future use.
Should you need to change the name of the Clerk, please send a request to the e-Services Unit explaining the reason for the change and include official documentation to substantiate the change.
Please refer to the CCRRS User's Guide
Fill in the name, phone number and e-mail address of the person responsible for submitting the revenue remittance. This will be the person the Department contacts if problems occur with the transmission/payment.
As soon as you determine that a submission has been made in error (i.e., funds entered on incorrect line, incorrect amount of funds entered, etc.), contact the Department of Revenue. Our Refunds & Distribution Process will gladly facilitate the correction. If the error involved your bank routing and account number, see, "Replacing a failed electronic payment."
Once you have submitted filings using the new system, they will be stored for review in the Remittance History area. They will also be listed here (every remittance will be listed here until the detail is posted and the payment is fully processed between financial institutions; do not assume that because a remittance is listed here it represents a failed payment).
To replace a failed payment, simply select the item that failed, in the Clerk of Court Return and Remittance System. Then click "Select" to proceed to the payment screen. The failed item and its detail have been selected and now the user will select the bank account from which to make the replacement payment. Submit payment. No guessing about dollar amount and no need to re-enter line items. Contact the DOR Clerk of Court Helpdesk for assistance.
