Limited filing/reporting functionality is available using a touchtone telephone to the following:

• Sales and Use Tax dealers who owe no tax, penalty, or interest for the reporting period may file a zero return. Call 1-800-550-6713.
  
  

Telephone Payment (EFT)

You must enroll for e-Services before you can use the touchtone payment system.

Touchtone payment is available to initiate your electronic payments for taxes. You can use automated prompts or speak to an operator to provide your payment information. You will receive instructions after you enroll.

Resale Certificate Verification

Sales and use tax dealers can verify the status of a customer's Annual Resale Certificate by calling 1-877-FLRESALE (1-877-357-3725). Follow the voice prompts to obtain the information you need.
