Communications Services Tax Filers

Before you download and print the tax return, please be sure that you select the correct version for the reporting period you are filing. You must file a separate return for each monthly reporting period. It is important that you use the correct return, because local rates change frequently. If you do not use the correct return for the reporting period, the Department may send you a delinquency notice and assess penalties and interest.
The Department encourages all communications services dealers to file and pay the tax online. The online filing system will automatically select the correct rates for the jurisdiction and reporting period that you enter.
