Doing Business with the Florida Department of Revenue

Businesses seeking to supply products or services to the Florida Department of Revenue will find the information and resources they need on the Department of Management Services' (DMS) Vendor Resources web page. To do business with Revenue or any state agency, you must register, as explained on that page, and follow the requirements for state procurement, which is overseen by DMS.

A small business that qualifies may be certified as a minority, woman, or veteran owned business by the Office of Supplier Diversity within DMS. The Office of Supplier Diversity lists the benefits of certification on its website.

On the DMS Purchasing Division web page, you will find links to many additional resources for vendors wishing to do business with state agencies.

You can view current bid advertisements for the Department of Revenue and other state agencies in the state government Vendor Bid System, accessible from www.myflorida.com.

In the Florida Accountability Contract Tracking System (FACTS), maintained by the Department of Financial Services, you can view current contracts for all state government agencies, including the Department of Revenue.
