Adopted Emergency Rules and Forms

The Excel formats for the DR-420 and DR-420TIF are available in order to provide assistance in preparing the forms below.  They can be used and forwarded to taxing authorities and other parties involved in the Truth in Millage (TRIM) process for use in lieu of the PDF forms. Please provide hard copies for certification purposes when returning forms to the Department of Revenue.
