Public Comment - e-mail
DOR encourages all interested parties to participate in the rule making process. To assist the Department of Revenue, please include the following information in your communications:

    In the email subject line, identify the draft date, page and section you are commenting on.


    Make your comments as succinct and direct as possible.


    Include your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.


    DOR is unable to accept compressed and executable email attachments due to security concerns. If submitted, these types of attachments will not be accepted or opened.


E-mail your specific comments to MAGComments@dor.state.fl.us


NOTICE

All comments become part of the official record and will be maintained as required by the Administrative Procedures Act and the Public Records Act. Once a comment has been received, it cannot be deleted from the public record. Please do not use this forum for submitting general tax questions. Property tax administration procedures and information is available through your local service center.
