The Department coordinates the capture and distribution of ortho imagery of approximately one third of the state each year according to the provisions of ch. 195.022, F.S..

- Aerial Photography Contract - These specifications fulfill the Department of Revenue's (DOR) responsibilities of providing aid and assistance to the county Property Appraisers and to at least once every 3 years furnish such aerial photographs and nonproperty ownership maps to the property appraisers as necessary to ensure that all real property within the state is listed on the roll.
GIS and Cadastral Mapping

to the county property appraisers of the state.

- Edit Guide for GIS Data - Describes the review of county GIS data by the Department to ensure compliance with state requirements for cadastral mapping.
- Request for Hardship Status (PDF) (DOC) - Counties having a hardship with supplying the required GIS data must identify the hardship and constraints and send a written plan to the department. This form must be completed and returned to Tom Canter at cantert@dor.state.fl.us.
