PUBLIC HEARING:

Notices of Change were published in the Florida Administrative Code showing text as the rule will read when adopted.

MEETING WITH GOVERNOR AND CABINET:

Notice of a public meeting with the Governor and Cabinet were published in the Florida Administrative Weekly, Issue 38/08, on February 24, 2012. The meeting is scheduled for March 20, 2012 at 9:00 am., to request approval to publish the Notices of Proposed rules and schedule a public rule hearing.

PUBLIC WORKSHOP:

Notices of Rule Development were published in the Florida Administrative Weekly, Issue 37/26, on July 1, 2011. The Notices include the reason for amending a rule or creating a new rule. A public workshop will be held at the Capital Circle Office Complex, Building 1, Room 1220 in Tallahassee, Florida or through the internet using WebEx.
