Notices of Rule Development were published in the Florida Administrative Weekly, Issue 37/26, on July 1, 2011. The Notices include the reason for
amending a rule or creating a new rule.
Rule Development Workshops were held on July 19 and 20, 2011.
The following rules were removed from the current rule package and will be promulgated with the revisions of Chapter 12D-13, Tax Collectors Rules and Regulations. The Chapter revisions
are based on implementing the provisions of Chapter 2011-151, Laws of Florida, (SB 478):
