Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Guidance for Value Adjustment Boards
The provisions of Executive Order 10-169 do not have a direct impact on value adjustment boards. However, there are a few points worth clarifying:
- Interim assessments produced by property appraisers may NOT be appealed to the value adjustment board.
- Interim assessments are NOT relevant evidence in value adjustment board petitions or hearings.
