Training for Value Adjustment Boards (VAB)
- 2009 Value Adjustment Board Training
Prior to conducting any 2009 VAB hearings, this training is required for all special magistrates including VAB members or VAB attorneys in counties with a population of less than 75,000 that do NOT use special magistrates. Individuals who are otherwise qualified with at least three years but less than five years of relevant experience who want to be considered for appointment as a special magistrate must take take this training and the exam.

Course Cancellation and Refund Policy
The following course cancellation policy will be in effect beginning January 1, 2009. In order to qualify for a refund, course cancellations must be called or e-mailed in to the Property Tax Oversight Training Team by the last business day prior to the course start date.
Course refunds will be granted upon request. To apply for a refund, submit a completed Application for Refund (form DR-26), and a copy of the canceled check (front & back) to:
