The 2009 Florida Legislature substantially revised the requirements in s. 200.069, F.S., for the Notice of Proposed Property Taxes mailed to all taxpayers each year in August. Property appraisers should be aware that the Notice of Proposed Property Taxes used in prior years must be revised for 2010. This link provides Information relevant to this change in law.
