Draft VAB Documents for Public Review and Comment
Below is information about draft VAB documents made available by the Department of Revenue for public review and comment.
- Draft Bulletin, dated December 21, 2011, regarding the authority of the VAB to conduct administrative reviews of any tax exemptions and certain property classifications (agricultural, historic, and high-water recharge) granted by the property appraiser. The Department welcomes public comments from all interested parties on this draft, which will be posted for public review and comment until Wednesday, January 11, 2012. Please submit your comments on or before this date, in writing, to the following email address: VAB@dor.state.fl.us.
