Public Hearing for 12D-10 on January 11, 2010, Published in the Florida Administrative Weekly, Issue 35/50, on December 18, 2009
On December 8, 2009, The Governor and Cabinet gave the Department approval to proceed with holding a public rule hearing on the repeal of 12D-10, F.A.C. This hearing we will discuss the repeal of Chapters 12D-10.001, 12D-10.002, 12D-10.004, 12D-10.0044, 12D-10.005, and 12D-10.006; and the amendment of Chapter 12D-10.003.
