Second Public Meeting with Governor and Cabinet for Adoption on February 24, 2010
A public meeting with the governor and cabinet is scheduled for February 24, 2010. During this public meeting, the Department will be requesting adoption of proposed Rule 12D-9, partial repeal of 12D-10, and certifying VAB forms in 12D-16.002, F.A.C.
