Public Hearing for 12D-9 and 12D-16 on October 9, 2009 and if necessary, October 19, 2009
On August 25, 2009, The Governor and Cabinet gave the Department approval to proceed with holding a public rule hearing on proposed VAB rule 12D-9, F.A.C. and associated forms in rule 12D-16.002, F.A.C.
The Department conducted the first VAB rule hearing on October 9, 2009. The Notice for the hearing was posted in the Florida Administrative Weekly on September 4, 2009, Volume 35, Number 35, pages 4249 through 4280.
