Purpose:The purpose of the proposed amendments to Rule 12-6.0015, F.A.C., is to adopt, by reference, changes to Form DR-835 (Power of Attorney and Declaration of Representative), that will provide for the inclusion of an e-mail address at which the Department may contact a taxpayer's representative.
