Rule Title:Administrative Establishment of Child Support Obligations

Workshop Notice:	03/31/03

Purpose:The purpose of proposed creation of Rule 12E-1.030, F.A.C., is to describe procedures for establishing support obligations through an administrative procedure. The effect of the proposed rule is to provide guidelines to be followed when establishing a support obligation through the administrative procedure.
