Rule Title:Health Care Coverage and Medical Support

Workshop Notice:	03/31/03

Purpose:The purpose of proposed creation of Rule 12E-1.031, F.A.C., is to establish procedures for identifying and enforcing uncovered medical expenses and for issuing, enforcing, and protesting the national medical support notice. The effect of the proposed rule is to provide procedures for uncovered medical expenses and use of the national medical support notice to enforce health care and medical coverage.
