Documentary Stamp Tax Collections by County

This page contains links to excel files containing documentary stamp tax collection data. All data come from the Clerks of the Circuit Court filings with the Department of Revenue. These filings account for approximately 92.5% of collections.

All tables contain weekly collections data for two separate tax rates:

$0.70 per $100 on recordation of deeds ($0.60 in Miami-Dade County).
$0.35 per $100 on notes, written obligations to pay, mortgages, and bond issuances.
