Pursuant to Section 350.81, Florida Statutes, please be advised the DeSoto County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, proposes to offer for compensation and provide wireless internet service to the public, from within the geographical limits of DeSoto County, Florida, beginning August 15, 2008. Please post and provide this notice as provided by law. The County will proceed to comply with the public hearing requirements of said statute immediately.
