TIP # 02A01-18
DATE ISSUED: 11/27/02

SALES TAX FILING STATUS HAS CHANGED

Your sales tax account has been placed on a calendar quarter reporting status effective January 1, 2003. This change is being made since the alternate quarterly filing status is being eliminated.

Enclosed is a December 2002 sales and use tax return for you to use for reporting the remaining tax due for 2002. Please remember this tax return is due on January 1, 2003, and late after January 21, 2003 (January 20 is a legal holiday). We have enclosed a return envelope for your convenience.

You will be receiving a quarterly coupon book in January for the 2003 calendar year. These coupons are for the calendar quarters of 2003. Use ONLY these coupons to report your quarterly sales and use tax collections for 2003.

In December 2002, you will receive your 2003 Florida Sales Tax Annual Resale Certificate.
