TIP # 02A01-19
DATE ISSUED: December 6, 2002
ELECTRONIC FILERS WILL NOT RECEIVE
2003 SALES AND USE TAX COUPON BOOKLETS
The Department's records indicate that you have been filing and paying your Florida sales and use tax returns electronically, or that you are now required to file and pay these taxes electronically.
Based upon this information, you will not be receiving a 2003 Sales and Use Tax Return coupon booklet or Instructions. This will result in savings for printing costs of the tax return coupon booklets and instructions, plus mailing costs. If you need a coupon booklet, however, feel free to contact the Department. (See "For More Information" section of this TIP.)
Enclosed is your 2003 Florida Annual Resale Certificate for sales tax. Also enclosed is a 2003 Discretionary Sales Surtax Rate Sheet (Form DR-15DSS), which is normally sent with your coupon booklet.
If needed, please feel free to secure a copy of the Sales and Use Tax Instructions that is available on our Internet site at www.myflorida.com/dor or your local Department of Revenue Service Center (see back of Form DR-15DSS).
