DOCUMENTARY STAMP TAX FILING STATUS CHANGED TO ANNUAL
BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2003

Your documentary stamp tax account has been changed to an annual reporting status effective January 1, 2003. This change is required because you paid $100 or less in documentary stamp tax during the past four calendar quarters. You will receive a personalized documentary stamp tax return (Form DR-225) in December 2003. This return is due no later than January 20, 2004. If you do not receive an annual return by late December, please call the telephone number listed below.

Note: This change applies only to your filing frequency with the Department of Revenue for documentary stamp tax. This change does not affect any other tax filings you may have with the Department or taxes administered by a local government.
