CORPORATE INCOME TAX
Payment Status Changes Beginning January 2005
(ELECTRONIC PAYMENT OBLIGATION)
State tax records indicate that beginning in 2005, your business will be required to participate in the State of Florida e-Services program. Your total corporate income tax paid reached $30,000 during the period July 1, 2003, through June 30, 2004. Beginning with payments due on or after January 1, 2005, you must remit corporate income tax payments by electronic means.
If you have not yet enrolled, you must complete an online Enrollment/Authorization for e-Services at www.myflorida.com/dor before you can pay electronically. You must enroll no later than December 6, 2004. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will receive an information package within 30 days. This package will contain instructions for electronic payment, your user information, and a schedule of payment dates.
Note to Current Enrollees: Use your user ID and passcode/password to update your e-Services profile online, such as making changes to filing options, notifying us of new banking information, making address changes, and more.
