The Florida Department of Revenue, in cooperation with the National Uniformity Committee, is in the process of revising fuel related forms and instructions to incorporate national uniformity standards, fuel tracking initiatives, and the Governor’s plain language directive. The changes pertaining to the national uniformity standards are schedule specific and will take effect beginning with the January of 2008 return.
The revisions have been limited to the Terminal Supplier Fuel Tax Return (DR-309631), Terminal Operator Information Return (DR-309636), and the Petroleum Carrier Information Return (DR-309637). Please make the necessary changes to prepare for the new filing requirements.
