TIP #09A01-08
DATE ISSUED: November 20, 2009

Sales and Use Tax
Electronic Filers Will Not Receive
2010 Sales and Use Tax Coupon Books

Our records show that you are currently filing and paying your Florida sales and use tax returns electronically, or that you are now required or are voluntarily filing and paying these taxes electronically.

Since you are filing and paying electronically, we will NOT automatically send you a 2010 sales and use tax coupon book or instructions. However, if you need a 2010 coupon book, feel free to contact us. Sales tax instructions (Form DR-15N or Form DR-15EZN) are available on our Internet site at www.myflorida.com/dor or at your local Department of Revenue service center.

Your 2010 Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax is enclosed unless you are a use tax filer. Also enclosed is a 2010 Discretionary Sales Surtax Information Rate Chart (Form DR-15DSS) listing the 2010 discretionary sales surtax rates for all Florida counties.

Reference:  Sections 212.11, 212.12, and 213.755, Florida Statutes
