Electronic Filers Will Not Receive
2011 Sales and Use Tax Coupon Books
Our records show you are currently filing and paying your Florida sales and use tax returns electronically, or you are now required or are voluntarily filing and paying these taxes electronically.
Since you are filing and paying electronically, we will NOT automatically send you a 2011 sales and use tax coupon book or instructions. However, if you need a 2011 coupon book, feel free to contact us. Sales tax instructions (Forms DR-15N or DR-15EZN) are available on our Internet site at www.myflorida.com/dor or at your local Department of Revenue service center.
We have enclosed:
- Your 2011 Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax (unless you are a use tax filer).
- A 2011 Discretionary Sales Surtax Information Rate Chart (Form DR-15DSS) listing the 2011 discretionary sales surtax rates for all Florida counties.
