New Web Based Application Available
For Filing Your Pollutants Tax Return
The Florida Department of Revenue is offering a new electronic filing application. The web based application allows you to file your Pollutants Tax Return (DR-904) and remit pollutants taxes on-line. The new application will save you mailing costs and perform all appropriate tax calculations. You may access the pollutant filing application at the web address listed below.

You do not need to obtain a user id and password (enroll) to use this application. Instead, applicants may log into the system using their Federal Employer Identification and Business Partner Numbers. If you do not know your business partner number, contact the Department at 800-352-3671 and the number will be provided to you.
